These terms and conditions apply to the GrilledZombie app (hereinafter referred to as "Application") for mobile devices, developed by Fadel Jachuf (hereinafter referred to as "Service Provider") as an Ad Supported service.
By downloading or using the Application, you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of the Application or any of its components, including trademarks and intellectual property, is strictly prohibited. Attempts to extract the source code, translate the Application, or create derivative versions are not permitted.
All trademarks, copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property related to the Application remain the property of the Service Provider.
The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the Application or introduce charges for its services at any time. Any such charges will be clearly communicated in advance.
The Application stores and processes personal data provided by you to facilitate its services. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and access to the Application.
The Service Provider strongly discourages jailbreaking or rooting your device, as it may compromise security, expose the device to vulnerabilities, and impact the proper functioning of the Application.

The Application integrates Google Play Games Services to provide features such as leaderboards, achievements, and cloud saves. By using these services, you agree to Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
When you sign in with Google Play Games, the Application may collect and process data such as your Player ID, achievements, and leaderboard scores. This data is handled in accordance with Google’s policies and is not stored by the Service Provider.
The Service Provider is not responsible for issues arising from connectivity failures. If you use the Application outside of a Wi-Fi area, your mobile network provider's terms will apply, and you may incur data charges. If you are not the bill payer, you must obtain permission from them before using the Application.
The Service Provider strives to keep the Application updated and functional, but they rely on third-party sources for information. They accept no liability for direct or indirect loss resulting from reliance on the Application’s functionality.
The Service Provider is not responsible for improper use of the Application, including but not limited to battery depletion, data consumption, or operating system incompatibilities.
The Application may be updated periodically. You agree to accept updates when available. The Service Provider may also discontinue the Application at any time without notice, in which case you must cease using it and remove it from your device.
The Service Provider may update these terms periodically. Any changes will be posted on this page. Please review this page regularly for updates.
